ENJOYING THE VIEW

Canon EOS REBEL XS, Promaster 19-35 lens @ 35mm, ISO 200, f/14, 0.5 sec
After shooting a rather large cascade of water on River Road Saturday, I noticed this little guy hanging out with a fantastic view of the flowing water.  I look at the rocks these plants jut out of and wonder how they sprout up through them.
No matter how they accomplish it, I'm glad they do.

  1. Very nice and tranquil scene, captured with a perfect shutter speed to balance the appearance of the water.
    Great!

  2. I just love things like this. Mother Nature is her own creator of rules, that's for sure. Things that make very little sense sometimes create the very best photographic subjects. This is a GREAT example of such, my friend. I love the composition and the drama you captured in this one, Jerry, awesome awesome shot!
